Don't waste your money. Slow service, hard bread, nasty dry macaroni and cheese. Honestly you'd be better off getting one of those pre-made sandwiches from Kroger.

Very nice. You'd expect a new place like this to serve bland processed food but it was pretty good. They have a nice variety too. Service was nice and fast. Even though the girl who waited on me didn't speak very good English and my Spanish is nonexistent, we made it work and I really appreciate her effort. I do wonder how the employees are treated, I think that management needs to put more effort into creating a nice work environment and maybe they'll keep employees.

This is a newer location and you can tell. All the decor looks great and it's clean inside the restaurant. The downside of being new though, is that they're slow. It's a snails pace to get food ordered. Also, everything is measured out exactly as prescribed, so no extra meat for you. Once you do get your food its good, but it doesn't blow anything out of the water.

Staff are messing around. Food is overpriced gross bread w/ a little bit of non-bread. Milkshake tasted like chemical cleaner fluid.

This is THE worst Potbelly experience I’ve ever had. I ordered through DoorDash. I called to ensure that the message about my hot peppers was received because there was no way of adding them to the order. I spoke with someone who assured me they’d get place in my sandwich. Well, they did not. Neither did the onions or pickles. The bread was burnt. It was absolutely gross. So disappointed.

This was our first time trying Potbelly. We ordered 2 veggie melt subs on the app for pickup. Somehow one was missing the mushrooms that automatically come on the sandwich and it was also missing added toppings. It was very expensive for 2 veggie subs that were mostly just bread and lettuce. I ended up adding my own condiments at home because it was so dry. I would not return to this restaurant. It doesn’t come close to the quality of firehouse or Jimmy Johns.

Jamel has been amazing, the food is well made and high quality. I have eaten here about 10 times in the last two months, and the consistency is what is remarkable.
