Papa Johns Pizza

I'm a frequent customer to this location and have enjoyed my experience in eating here many times. My order is ready to pick up in great time and the staff is friendly. Also the establishment is clean and orderly. I usually order a large thin crust pizza with half veggie and half canadian bacon with pineapple. I also found the garlic bread knots to be cooked well and not to oily.

I placed my order at 9:05 p.m. and it arrived at 10:31 p.m... I live 3 minutes down the road! It was lukewarm at best and cold by the second slice. I called the store about 10 minutes prior to it being delivered to see if it was going to be delivered at all. The manager sound annoyed by my call and offer to credit my account a free pizza. Why would I want a free pizza from this place? The app quoted me 35-45 minutes. Lies! Pretty mad that I paid $36 for cold pizza!

Orders here have consistently had ridiculously long wait times and late delivery, but tonight was the worst I've experienced. I placed an order in the app and was given an estimated 1 hour delivery window. I called for an update 1hr 25 mins later as it had been showing as ready for a while, but still hadn't left the store. I spoke with someone who said they would deliver the food ASAP and refund my order. As soon as I hung up, i noticed the order was cancelled and I couldn't track the delivery driver. About another 40 minutes go by and still no food (2+Hours late at this point), so i called again to confirm. The same guy assured me the order was cancelled but my food was on the way and would be delivered. I just wanted to know if i should make other plans and he promised I would get it (though I'm sure it'd be extremely cold)....3 hours later and still no food...
