Aberdeen Barn

Have been here twice this month, it was my and my husband’s very first time. Came for Valentine’s Day and for My birthday today. The food is delicious, the portion sizes are perfect and the presentation is fantastic. The restaurant is always very clean and everyone is so friendly. We had Eric twice, and he is absolutely wonderful. Super friendly, attentive, and honestly the best server we have had at any restaurant. Will definitely recommend and thank you Eric for such wonderful service!

Came here as recommendation for our Anniversary and was not disappointed. Ordered the Ribeye, and having my leftovers tonight. It’s so tender! Spinach was hearty. Husbands prime rib and scallops well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Our waiter surprised us with a chocolate cake ! He’s worked there 41 years! Can’t go wrong, thank you for a wonderful night.

Our server was rude, then ok, then rude. I had the regular cut prime rib, lettuce wedge and baked potato. The baked potato was good. Quality prime rib was so so at best. Ruth Chris, Morton's, Capital Grill all far exceed the ambience, service, food quality and value for money. We just moved into the area, we tried... this is our first and last visit to Aberdeen Steak House.

Haven't been back here in over 20yrs. It was like taking a step back in time as it is exactly as I remembered it to be except for a few things. The dress code has been relaxed to business casual. Even though the building itself is the same the surrounding buildings look run down with broken windows etc. This of course has nothing to do with the barn because they can't control their neighbors or neighborhood. With that being said the food/ service was top notch. Yes its a bit pricey, the 2 of us ordered the same (regular) cut 16oz prime rib medium rare with 2 sides and with a beer/ wine it cost $135. I took my wife here for her birthday and she loved it.
