Burgerville

I’m glad your open again. However, you have a grill cook that serves your burgers coated in grease. It’s messy, not enjoyable, and not worth paying and tipping for. I’ll be heading back to the burger joint in downtown Tigard until you get it fixed. Update 5/31/22 burger was perfect. Put off by the manager openly eating salad from a serving bowl behind the counter near the food prep. Watching salad fall out of her mouth wasn’t the greatest experience. I hope she trains her employees better.

This place has really gone down hill this past year I Ordered 2 burgers shake and frys, they forget my burger! No problem I live nearby got up went back got my burger. I open it up it’s dripping in oil so much I have to wipe some off to eat it but not only that the patty was so salty I couldn’t continue to eat I ended up throwing it away. my frys are super cold and hard they taste like they were yesterdays frys and they just put in the microwave for 30 seconds. I normally don’t leave bad reviews but for what you pay you expect better quality food. MANAGER PLEASE DO YOUR JOB.

I'm incredibly disappointed. Burgerville used to be so good, and was something I actively looked forward to. I was given a "large" that was listed as 16oz, and it was in a small cup. I was given probably the worse quality burger I've ever had that was COVERED in mayo. It was like they just dumped out the entire bottle. The burger had a very strange chemical taste too. The fries were cold and tough, they also tasted incredibly plain and unsalted. McDonald's fries on a bad day are much better. I also had a "fresh" strawberry shake that had a crunchy frozen strawberry in it. Overall, if Wendy's gave me a bag of food before close that they made earlier in the day, it'd probably be a step above what I got.

Losing me as a customer. I'm getting frustrated with the order accuracy. Can't remember to include the $6 sandwich I paid for. Or the fries are the incorrect size, or asking for a dry cheeseburger and they don't include cheese. But quick to ask for a tip. Met with less than friendly attitude if we don't tip 15+%. I'm just tired of it. If it wasn't for the fact my kids prefer your burgers over other places, I'd quit going all together.

I went through the drive-thru last night around 9:20 and there was a couple in front of me (on foot since they were driving a huge RV) and they decided to place a $100 order within an hour of the store closing. I was frustrated at first since I felt like I had been sitting in that drive-thru line for what felt like 30 minutes but when I got up to the window the woman who helped me (I believe her name was Shirley) had such wonderful customer service it took all my frustrations away. She apologized and thanked me for my patience even tho none of it was her fault. Instead of complaining she just smiled and did her job the best she could. I applaud her for how she handled things and just thought it should be recognized.
