During my most recent visit I was treated very rudely by the cashier when I pointed out the a product was not up to its normal quality.

This woman was super rude This evening and not someone that should be working with the public.
I won't be visiting again. I will be forwarding this to osha.

Google said 'BJs near me' at my local 7 eleven, unfortunately that wasn't the case. The dude behind the counter gave me a straight answer, now I gotta find the slurpee girl 🤣🤣🤣

Nowadays customer service is something that I don't see too often. I must say that the gentleman working behind the counter (Mitchell) was super friendly and just his interaction made my otherwise disappointing day better. Some people just have "it" and know how to interact with people.

I like 711 but why did you change the cheese from the dispenser. Not everyone can have all the peppers that is in it. It has caused me not to buy as many items as I did be for. Thus my experience is not as enjoyable as it could be.

550pm 3/26 NO FACEMASK......The women cashing customers out was extremely rude with me and spoke to me in a very demoralizing tone wearing her mask around her neck. Nothing on her face and absolutely horrible customer service.

The manager is so freaking rude. Doesn't acknowledge you what so ever no matter how often you go in and spend money there. When you go to pay, you can always watch the managers eyes and he looks you over as he rings you up, like he's trying to find any items your hiding. So offensive. You can tell he makes his employees on edge as well. He's a jerk.. and another older darker skin employee that works mornings also refuses to speak to his customers. Ive had enough and will not be returning! !! Btw- this is the most expensive 711 in Tigard.

Ms Werner as the manager of 7/11 on sw pacific hwy I'd like to say on behalf of 7/11 we had no real issue with you. We were more upset that you betrayed our trust by telling us you just got hit by a car then stealing from the store. I'm sorry I had to 86 you it is nothing personal and please don't take it personally.
