Great experience! I'm grateful they allow you to go inside to order, unlike some of the other fast food restaurants at this exit. The restaurant was clean and the staff were super friendly.

I love Arby's on 13th Street but I give them a three star because the food quality has dropped way down in the past few years they cook and fried the nuggets they fries ahead and try to reheat it to get the line going faster let the people know when you put the order in that it's a wait on fried food because it's not fresh; a if to do it right. then don't fry food ahead of time and reheat it it's not fresh and it's not good. Please manage this better.

One of the best experiences I've had from an Arby's. The staff was nice, the restaurant was clean, and the food, for the first time any at fast food joint, looked like the pictures!

Excellent costumer service. The food was really good and in a reasonable price. The place was really clean and the waiting time was less than 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend it.

Clean, fresh products some places never change their fryer oil out this location everything was hot and as expected. The staff was even having a nice little laugh about something gotta enjoy the ones you work with all in all great experience highly recommend

The manager saved this from being 2 or 3 to a 4.....I guess they discontinued the sliced chicken or turkey so they didn't have available what 2 people ordered in our party....so I asked if she could chop a breaded chicken to put in wrap instead....the new young lady running the counter was trying but you could she was new....the Manager came up and said yeah we can....fries were fresh and that's impressive lately....rest of the food was good too....

Asked for medium roast beef sandwich, got the regular size. Used to be called a medium but is now called a double. Was not clarified by the cashier. Fries were cold. Server was nice, restaurant was clean.

Jenny at the cash register was really amazing! Great attitude. She personally made sure our order came out right. She is going to be one of your biggest assets. Management keep your eyes on this hidden treasure. Thank you miss Jenny for being patient and kind. We were so impressed by her we started reviewing the place (really Reviewing Jenny) before we walked out the door. Your an awesome employee and they are lucky to have you
