Franchise owner needs to stop being a cheap a$$ and just accept the BOGO coupon. We didn’t read the reviews before going tonight and weren’t informed until checkout that this location does not accept this particular coupon. To franchisee: I understand that the coupon states “valid at participating locations” but in return for the couple dollars you’re saving you’ll receive reviews such as this one. If that’s a trade off you’re willing to accept then I guess it’s your business and you should run it how you wish.

My friend and I went there we ordered our sandwiches and try to sit to eat we couldn’t. This place is super hot and very humidity inside I believe that’s not healthy for the food products or customers.

Edit: No, you should put "No coupons" on your window so customers can know up front. It's not a customer's responsibility know your policies at checkout. Now the owner shifts the blame on the customer, well played. Got subway coupons in the mail, said "what the heck I'll have subway tomorrow", Order two sandwiches with the bogo coupon, (one for someone else) when the sandwiches were almost ready the cashier says "we don't take THAT coupon here but we can do the $12.99 for 2 sub coupon" I left and paid full price somewhere else. Idk if subway's is just trying to get people in the store or this particular franchise is just sleezy but It was very disappointing.

I was so disappointed. The sandwich was a mess, the flat bread was soggy and the lettuce was expired. The tomatoes looked disgusting. I am a huge Tuna Salad Sandwich fan. This time It was a miss for me. The poor staff looked underpaid and overworked

I like Subway in general and the ability to add many veggies to personalize the sub then eat it in the store. I usually relax and read while I'm there. No one makes me feel rushed. Each store I've been to has been very pleasant.

The food is always fresh as you watch and direct the staff on what you like on your sandwich or wrap. The newer Cali subs are delicious with standard guacamole and fresh mozzarella slices, although pricier than the original subs. The staff is usually helpful, although sometimes there is a bit of a language barrier issue here which requires me to have to ask the preparer to repeat a word or phrase. I've had this happen a few times and it's definitely not with Spanish speaking staff. I surmise a few of the employees are from Middle Eastern countries and have not fully developed English inflections yet.

We spent $40 for an Uber Eats order and my sandwich had a hair in it. I then called and spoke to the manager and she said to bring it back. When I got there the manager didn’t apologize, offer to make me another sandwich or give us our money back. She said that we needed to get our money back from Uber. As we began to request our money back from Uber it asked for a photo, the manager wouldn’t give us the sandwich back that she threw in the trash. The manager said to have Uber call her. Who does that? After arguing with her about the photo for us to get the sandwich, I went in the trash and the manager then jumped in my face and grabbed me. I had to defend myself against a person for a sandwich that was paid and our property. It’s sad bc I’ve never had any issues at any place I frequent. I will NEVER go back again. I’m also contacting corporate. Thinking about pressing charges too!!!!
