It's a little inconvenient to not be able to order or dine in. Last trip there in the drive thru on 7/9/22 started out a little hairy but the manager on duty intervened and turned it around quickly and effectively. Food was hot and came fast. It was good but seems KFC has, yet again, re-engineered how they are cutting the pieces of chicken so you can only assume what the pieces are. One of the breast pieces seemed to include possibly rib instead of the whole breast which decreased the good breast meat exponentially.

I ordered a pick up meal around 1:00 scheduled to be picked up at 5:15. Next thing I know, I'm getting an alert saying my meal is ready and it was only 1:22. I tried to call them, but all I ever got was a busy signal. All I know is when I get there, my meal better be freshly made, or it's going to be some smoke in the city.

KFC is not like it used to be years ago. And that's across the country. All chicken, crispy or not, should be fresh and crispy. And it used to be, don't know what happened to quality. 2 points for "OK" chicken and coleslaw. Please revisit your quality processes. Your chicken will be much better.

The worst kfc. Went there and waited in line for 20 minutes yesterday. The line didn't move. People kept leaving cause they weren't being waited on. Then my husband tried to go there again today and give them a second chance. They barely put any Mashed potatoes in the famous bowl. It was mainly corn. They also didn't give us our mac n cheese or cookie. HORRIBLE PLACE

Unfortunately I had a pick up order and I sent my son in to grab the order he waited a couple of moment he told me the lady confirmed the order which was 8 original and 8 tender fill up meal. I live about 20 minutes away and I picked up my order at 8:25 as soon as I got home and checked the bag the tenders were missing. I prefer not to give a bad review but unfortunately i tried calling and it was busy so I couldn't speak to someone to allow me to address my concerns.

I went for soecific reason to get mac n cheese decided to do a meal instead that included the above sides.I thought after the rude non greeting customer service from lady at window they would get the order right.I get home to the other side of Riverview and have a nagging 2 yesr old that doesn't understand why im not serving her her mac and cheese. I should have know from prior visits Rude employees missing items you pay for at window is thier #1 Rule !!! I dont know what happened with KFC management i mean higher management has to get involved re training customer service / managment much needed. Its unfair with gas prices and no time to waste im not driving back but i am FEED up , to top it off PHONE rings busy.Well no more Riverview KFC for us!!

I asked for dark meat, I received white meat. The 2 large sweet teas taste like ice water. Will NEVER eat their again.

I ‘ve been a fan of KFC for many years and I
regularly order from KFC’s near me. This last time they send me a “flat” and watery Diet Pepsi. Should be more careful when preparing the orders at 7007 US 301, Riverview, Florida
