Coming home to texas from florida i stopped because my grandson was hungry just ordered a kids meal but the little boy at the register had a bad attitude was not polite at all!! Was giving my 3yr old grandson ugly face the entire time I was ordering!! Horrible experience.

I pulled up at this particular fast food restaurant!!!! Went thru drive thru expecting for someone to take my order only to be told I couldn’t place my order at the drive thru window I would have to go on the inside to place my order😡😡😡.. I had babies in my car that’s why I prefer going through the drive thru… 15 mins later my sister went at the same fast food place and place her order without any problems only because they had elderly people in front of her that refused to go on the inside that’s the only reason why my sister was able to place her order… They really need to close this place down due to all kind of problems supposedly always happening!!!

One person working in the kitchen/ dining room. Then stated they had no fries or nuggets. The management needs to figure something out. Maybe instead of hiding in the office you roll up your sleeves and help your employees.

Food order is never right. After many visits with 20 min wait time and order provided wrong. You ask to have it be corrected, and they tell you we out or machine is down.
The will sever you wrong and let you drive away knowing this. Most off all the employees have bad attitudes when you ask for anything to be made right. They always answer I’m not the manager!!!

It took the guy 3 tries to get my order correct. He didn't charge me for the stuff they forgot, but the whole experience just held me up way too long! The food was fine.

This place deserves -5 stars. The manager is totally oblivious to what’s going on, she’s on her phone. This restaurant is completely nasty. The employees here act like they don’t even care.

First time ever I couldn't order a burger because of no meat available. I was told it was on truck. Chicken sandwich was very good but I was hoping for Wendy's triple

This location is inside of a travel stop station so it’s often crowed but for the most part the food is always hot & fresh .Now here’s the cool part about this location , the service is so slow you can die , be born again , live up to your current age ,and still will be waiting on your order . 🤣
