Pizza Hut

I was working in Rayne, LA and was looking for somewhere to eat. I stopped in at Pizza Hut 035491 on the Boulevard. Nicole greeted me and made me feel like I was her most important customer. After placing my order, she then asked me if there was anything else that she can help me with. I had ordered cheesy bread. Because it was my lunch she took the time to cut them in bite size squares. I worked for Pizza Hut in New Iberia and Lafayette over 35 years ago. It was so nice to be able to get the awesome customer service that just came naturally to her. KUDOS TO YOU NICOLE!!!!

Edit: 5-6-22 Thus place has gone to gell. I paid extra for certain toppings and, of course, they weren't added. The wait was also insane though I ordered over an hour ahead of time. There were 5 of us just sitting around, waiting. Nobody even acknowledged us, I had to ask for service. The guy came up to wait on us 10 min later. He waited on the three people ahead of me, then I had to ask for my order because the monitor showed it being ready. He never checked on me or asked if he could help. Smh. The last few months the service has been horrible and the toppings are scarce.

I had no issue with my pizza or my delivery.... However i do have a question about the delivery fee. I lowered my original tip after i saw it added. Then i read on the tracking link that it didn't go to the driver that it went to pizza to be used towards driver's expense compensation. I just can't imagine 100% nit going directly to the delivery driver since they hold 100% of the burden of delivery. I don't believe my 25% is enough for such a small order but add the 3.99 and it's fine.
