This Wendy's was easy to locate right off of 35. Service was quick and our orders were accurate. The building was clean outside and in. We sat in the dining area and we able to visit and enjoy our food uninterrupted.

I have never seen such a dirty Wendy's.. walked in and smelled wonky.. kinda roachy. Bathrooms were discussing. Table was tacky dirt like my 4 years old washed it with a dirty rag kinda dirty. Then sandwich bread was stale.. won't be going back..

Went in today for lunch. Spent 12 dollars on a number 2. Large fry large drink at 1230pm Monday 3 21 22. My burger tasted like liver which means it was old and should've been tossed out. Thanks alot Wendys for ruining my expensive lunch with an old patty. Really appreciated it.

Every time I go to Wendy's in Ottawa Ks the Doors are locked or there not open yet in the morning. Have you given up or what? I wanted to try the Breakfast but they open late for Breakfast.

There was just too many cars wrapped around McDonald's across the street so I went to Wendy's. I had the single combo. It was hot and delicious and tasty! Thanks Wendy's! 😋😋😋

Usually I love this Wendy's, but the last time we were here we got our food (which was awesome but missing items) and I wasn't given silverware for my chilli so we went back through. The person working was rude when we told her we were missing a drink and didn't get silverware. In no way was I rude or unkind, but whoever was working the window that day was very rude and hateful. Hopefully the managers can teach teach staff how to talk to their customers. Yea the customers not always right, but when im missing items id appreciate to get them. :) otherwise the food is great.

They were good, my only and single complaint was the condiment bat was entirely filthy. To be fair though they were consistently busy!

We got their Chilli. I thought it was a little hot but it was good with water! There new strawberry 🍦 is wonderful!
