Im a regular customer here and today 4 29 22 order number 218. I ordered a 2b value meal and the cheeseburger was cold. A month ago they forgot to add my fries. The customer service is usually great here but sometimes when they get into conversations the quality of service goes out the window and the customer gets ignored. Gotta do better ladies.

Fast service, not very friendly today. No Napkins!!!

Was a line and got through it fast. Got drinks and was told to drive around to other side of store. Waited 5 minutes for food and when we got it the burger and fries was cold. Why make someone wait and then give them cold food. Plus the burgers was so salty. They was salter than the fries.

Went through drive thru. Line progressed steadily. Dave was very pleasant and polite. Customer service exceptional. Food exactly as ordered, hot and delicious.

I travel a lot for work. I see a load of McDonald's but, this one is consistently the slowest McDonald's around. Any time day or night there is a pick up line around the building regardless, if there is a line at the order or pay windows.

I'm sure I'm not the only one that has noticed that the fries are always cold and gross.... also the pulling around and waiting for your food is getting absurd. I could understand this if your food was hor, but your still serving cold food.

They had to bring out my order 3 times before they finally got it right - so consequently they gave me 2 cards for free meals & even then they still put ketsup & pickles on my sandwich after I told them not too because I am allergic to it - I hate McDonald's - I will never approve of their workers getting $15/hr - they need to learn how to prepare a person's order right
