Louie's Chicken Fingers Of Opelika

Called in order 2 Grilled plates with green beans and slaw at 4:30 PM . Got there at 5:40 as scheduled waited in line 10 min. Paid for order drove 10 miles got home opened it up wrong order. I called and told her we do not eat fried only grilled. I told her she can comp my dinner another day she rang it up wrong and it was not correct. She said no drive back up here.. 😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳 Stupid me they have messed up my order 3 times and I keep going back.....Was not helpful at all. You try to give places business when they are slow and the screw it up and it's my fault.... I am over Louie's..... Well Managers you see will only respond to 5 stars. They do not want true feedback to solve the problem.. Gene C has a problem here!!!!!!!!!

This place has really gone downhill over the past 5 years. The past 2 times I've eaten there have been horrible. The fries were old and refried in old grease. The chicken fingers are fried in the old fish grease. The lemonade I ordered was just water and sugar. Will not be eating here again until this place has turned around.

I called my order in and my husband picked it up. I repeated my order 3 times. I asked for 24 wings half lemon pepper fried crispy and half hot. My husband got home and all 24 wings were lemon pepper and they were not even crispy liked I asked!! Now we paid $36+ For 24 wings and some fries witch I think is ridiculously high especially when I didn’t get what I ordered. I don’t know what happened to the on point cashiers that you had before but you need them back!!! And while I’m on here I may as well complain about the cheeseburgers that we ordered last week. I don’t know what kind of ground beef that was but it wasn’t the kind that we’ve been getting because we order burgers there quite often, they were not good. From a not so happy faithful customer.

Was in a hurry and knew better than to stop at this Louie's. First, music was so loud couldn't hear myself think. I ordered the grilled chicken wrap, asked for a extra Louie's sauce, was told they were running "low" which meant they were out. How does a chicken finger restuarant run out of their specialty sauce? Finally got my wrap and that was about all it was, the tortilla, lettuce, cheese and maybe 1 grilled chicken finger. At least the small order of fries was hot.
