Papa Johns Pizza

Papa John's is our favorite and we've been ordering from this location for over a decade - until recently, I always highly recommended, however management has changed in the last year and what was once the best delivery pizza is now a total disappointment...and the staff are beyond rude. Whatever happened to trying to please the customer? We are loyal customers that order nearly once a week, but I guess loyalty gets you nowhere with this company. I'm appalled by the attitude and LACK of service received this evening. Now back to my dinner that I can't eat and they won't replace...

3rd an last time trying to order from this place any other papa John's anywhere I've ever lived has been great it's this particular store and management when I couldnt get an issue resolved I asked to speak to a manager I have had an order paid for an waiting on for 45 mins has said on the way get the mngr on the phone an oh we called u no u didnt my phone has been right beside me an tracking on the order has only said on the way I will be reporting to corporate as well there is no missed call from them no message and no update for an order they told me was on the way ridiculous management
