I went through the drive through and ordered my wife a plate with chow mein,string bean chicken,and honey walnut shrimp.i ordered chow mein,honey walnut shrimp, and honey sesame chicken breast(even though I wanted grilled teriyaki chicken but they said they didn't have any).however my plate got string beans only,instead of the sesame chicken.

Every time I have come to this location they are out of the items that I request and the wait time is usually suggested to be about 10 minutes and they usually take about half an hour. I went today and after waiting almost 5 minutes in a line that had not moved since I entered it I went inside of the restaurant to try and expedite my process to be greeted with another line that was almost out the door that only had one associate out of five that were working and visible to the customers helping the customers. One associate was working window while one associate was working the inside of the restaurant and everyone else seems to either be having conversations and not really doing anything or there was one person that was cooking food. This location is always chronically out of eggrolls as well. I honestly was trying to think of something positive to say but since I could not I have dropped my rating from two stars to one

Recommend not ordering ahead and just ordering at the restaurant. Instead of having different people working on in person orders and orders, the online orders are done last no matter what the time you are told it’ll be ready it. You are told it’ll be ready in 14-19 minutes and still waiting in the store 35 minutes later.

Apparently they forget that Illinois gets snow. Don't shovel sidewalks, plow the parking lot or drive through. Nor did they bother to lay down salt! Daughter's boots are soaked. When I asked about plowing or shoveling they said they did. Clearly they haven't. Then when my daughter was stomping her feet to get all the slush off her boots, instead of shoveling. They put wet floor signs down. What a joke. Broccoli was so undercooked it was nearly raw. Food was barely warm.

This is really just laughable. Preface… last time I went on a very busy night. I was told 5-10 minutes on an item. Totally cool. 30 minutes later(yes, I waited-busy night) and after watching two other cars go in and immediately walk out with their food, I did the same. Got both of my young children out of the car to go inside and ask for my order. My bag of food was setting on a counter. Still not upset. I open the boxes and my food is nearly cold. Still not mad. A bit disappointed, but worse things happen. I have a microwave plus, it’s a busy night for them. TODAY. A girl tells me 10 minutes and I say in a very polite tone“That’s fine. Not to sound rude, but I really don’t want to have to get my kids out. They forgot about me last time. Someone will be bringing the food out, right?.” Her response with a snappy tone - “We didn’t forget about it you, sometimes it just takes a while” Me-“It was like 30 minutes…but alright. ” Her-“ Yup, it happens.” All I needed was reassurance my food wouldn’t set and get cold. PLUS if you know food could take that long. Why not mention instead of leaving people wonder what is going on? And keep your attitude to yourself. COMMUNICATION people.
