Mcdonald's

This is a good place although we get super busy over the weekend. Drive-through is a joke it will take you hours to get your order so I decided to go inside and this was much better. He could use some more personnel since the ladies in the front counter cannot take care of the walk-in customers. I saw a couple people complain of not getting attention by the order takers.

Before New Manager was placed into the store, The experience with customer service was absolutely 5 stars! Now that is under new management the store suck’s, is always short handed lobby is closed all the time, who ever the new manager is needs to be retrained like ASAP!!!! You can clearly see employees are under a lot of stress due to poor NEW management. Someone needs to get corporate in there, demote New manager and get some one that is actually going to care for the store , customers and definitely employees. No stars!! But in Order to post 1 badly star!

Lobby was closed. Had a mobile order and asked the drive thru if someone could meet me at the door so I didn't have to wait in the line because my meal was paid for 20 mins prior. Was told that they would just cancel my order. Didn't offer help at all or gave a simple no they weren't going to be able to. The worst!

I don’t know how a span of two weeks being different days and times. They still can’t make a smoothie/ frappe/ shake/ pretty much any drink. Kinda sketch. And if the machine was broken you’d figure they would say that but all you get is a “Sorry, we’re unable to make that.” So you’re telling me a whole two weeks you can’t make any drinks and can’t explain why. Ok.

The food is usually typical McDonald's quality good. It's losing 2 stars for ALWAYS skimping on my fries. I order large fries, usually multiple to split amongst myself and my kids and the fry container is at best 2/3 of the way full. Every time. I hate complaining about french fries during a pandemic, and I've never actually complained to the restaurant or management, but I just want my fry containers full.
