Applebee's

Just had surgery a week ago and can’t drive or walk so I ordered Postmates and God a rack of ribs with fries and broccoli, bourbon chicken and shrimp and a chicken quesadilla. I didn’t get the fries with my order. Also the broccoli is definitely freezer burned and disgusting. So in essence I’ve paid full price for a rack of ribs and no sides at all. I called the restaurant and explained this. I also explained that I ordered delivery because I just had surgery and am unable to drive or walk, which is why I ordered through Postmates delivery. After speaking with a to go order representative who then spoke to a manager, I was told I would receive free fries with my next order and they would “write my name down” as a way of ensuring I could be recognized when placing my next order with them. Lol. How they will pay for me to get delivery of any french fries or sides I want in the future through Postmates without me having to pay for it and also a delivery charge and a tip for the driver is beyond me. I’m frustrated with the fact that my situation, not being able to walk or drive, was ignored and disregarded. Or perhaps they mean after I’m fully recovered in a couple of months, I can come in and get some free fries SMH. I am completely unsatisfied and will not order from Applebee’s in the future.

Their food is alright. Hopefully Redlands is better 😌.I Ordered two steak plates, one of my steaks was messy and rough to cut through all the extra fat, the waitress are sooo slow. I asked for steak sauce , brought it 5 mins later.. on top of that they forgot my 3rd drink on the order so I had to wait another couple mins to get it… things like this matter because the food is ready sitting and getting cold.

Don't get me wrong, usually more stars would be given... I typically love this place, food, drink, and service. This visit they were out of the drink I wanted and the service was slow. Once we were sat it took extremely long to be served. Our server wasn't even the one to assist us. Another one who seen noticed us sitting without being assisted came and help us and ended up taking over completely.

Informed the waitress of my food allergy when ordering . The waitress assured me she would take care of it ...not the case. Order wasn't complete. my husband had been finished with his meal for 10 minutes when they told us it would be out soon! I had them take my food back. They did offer to get something else, but I came for what I had ordered and to eat it with my husband. Customer service wasn't a priority here!

I do not know what's going on today but not only did I get a meal that seem like it was warmed up but my BBQ sauce came out cold and my coleslaw didn't come out with my meal. The Manager was standing around our waitress was slow and took forever to bring me a new BBQ sauce. And when I told her I didn't want anything to take it off the meal she replied, "I understand it's not my fault". The Hostess took forever by the way to seat us smh. I will never come back here again and I will be calling corporate!
