We were there to pick up an online order on 3/18/22. Terrible service. They could not get a single order right. Ppl would pick up their bag and would come right back because they would mess up their order. The place was filthy, garbage piled up, cleaning with the same dirty rag over and over, floors were slippery and the wait time for online orders was LONG. If you order from there CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE WALKING OUT.
The sad thing about getting someone's order wrong is they will throw the entire bag of food away. Yes I know they have to do this because the food left the restaurant but its a waste due to preventable carelessness ! It happened 2xs within the time I was there. I can only imagine how often this happens. Wasted food and money. Our fries were soaked in grease. Dripping and just thrown in our bag. Flipped all over. This place is mismanaged, dirty and we won't be back!

First time visiting wing stop. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I just stood there reading about the different sauces and the sweet lady Mechelle told me her favorite- Korean BBQ so I decided to try half that and half the hickory bbq. Both were very good! Plenty of ranch & I like the fries here they are great!! Will be back! Also I loved when my cashier did a spin she called it the Micheal Jackson spin & made me laugh.

Wow. Experience is the right word. Whoever does the hiring here should be fired. I defy you to try to eat here after 9pm. You can do it but you'll need unlimited time and a sense of humor to survive.
I arrived 20 minutes after placing my order to be told it was accidentally given to someone else but they were remaking it now. Eventually get my order get to the car only to find its wrong. Go back in to return it and have it remade.
So I was there a bit and witnessed 3 other orders be brought back in for being not correct and as I was leaving (the 2nd time) saw a Doordash driver get told unfortunately we gave your order to someone else.
I also got to see the "manager" show up and get behind the counter wearing only a sports bra and looking HIGH AF. I mean Sam Perkins from the NBA had his eyes open wider when he was tired than this lady, who was dressed like she was showing up for cheer practice, had at work.
All that being said the food was surprisingly great, 3rd time's the charm.
It really is great example to come in here and see exactly how not to run a restaurant.
Perhaps someone should buy this place and make it a comedy club because it's a straight joke right now.

Let me start with Mimi the manager, she’s amazing!!! So helpful and has the best customer service ever. She’s a major asset to this business. Then the GM I didn’t catch his name…but he’s great too!! The district manager..A JOKE! Placed an order on the website, they push it to DoorDash. DoorDash didn’t deliver my order. So I contacted DoorDash who issued a refund to the store on 6/11/2022 since I ordered through the store directly they would have to refund me. I have called every day. It’s been 10 days and the Manager nor GM can get this District Manager to refund me my $60! They have called her, emailed, text etc… EVERY DAY FOR THE PAST 10 days! She has still yet to refund me. I have now reached out to corporate in hopes of getting some assistance. I highly recommend going in and ordering, the people I’ve dealt with have been outstanding. I can’t let this go though. She’s received this $60 payment twice now and refuses to refund me. Is she that hard up for money?

Food was ready when I arrived however I didn’t even eat the food. The fries were not cut correctly and were just big blocks of potatoes and the meat was musty smelling/tasting.

Seriously just don’t order from here. I placed an online order to pick up and needed to pay. Waited 20 minutes while my food was sitting there, waiting for the employees to figure out how to take an order from a family, and figuring out how to refund a customer that was complaining about her food sitting on the shelf for 5 minutes.
I’ve been to this location before and honestly never had a good experience. Either my order was lost, wasn’t ready on time, or long waits.
20 minutes. inside. waiting to pay. for my food. that was ready. It was an order for one person. Me. They could have easily just given me my food for the inconvenience.
What’s the point of ordering online? Why are there not enough employees to handle other orders. Why don’t the employees know how to take orders and handle refunds?
Extremely poor service. You will wait 2 hours for food here. No common sense for basic customer service.
In my 20 minutes being inside, I saw them throw away TWO out of the THREE orders that were being worked on at the time because they don’t know how to handle customers. They would rather throw away food, and let money go, and not receive any money. This establishment literally lost money operating and I watched it. Worst thing is they’re also loosing future customers with their lack of common customer service.
NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME BACK HERE.
