It’s McDonald’s this one is no different. Although the manager was doing a good job in the back managing. That’s uncommon for McDonalds. Managers usually are awful and their attitudes usually trickle down and poison the staff. It was nice to see that this manager was very nice to her staff and at the same time was getting work done! Whoever she was don’t loose her. This is the type of person you want as a district manager.

So there was no one in the restaurant and we stood at the counter for 7 minutes to place an order. The workers seen us and yelled to someone in the back that they needed to come to counter. Still waited an additional 3 minutes. Seriously why is it called fast food and shouldn't someone be at the counter always?

My order and ordering experience at the kiosk was fine. However the employees were fighting with each other in front of me. A manager in a ponytail was chastising a cashier about handing out the wrong order and rolled her eyes at the cashier.

Waited so long for the Klady in front of me with A very small 12 dollar order by the time I got my food it was cold. This my 5th visit to this McDonald's and it just get worse. Some body form management need to do their job. HELLO!!!!!!

I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and they tasted horrible! I even questioned myself if I should continue to eat them. Lesson learned cause now I have food poisoning….

Ordered $50 worth and not a napkin in the bag then got mad cuz I asked for some and said it's sad I didn't get any

Luv quick and friendly! It's great to get hot food as well.

Food tasted good and was served hot. Employees seemed unorganized and that slowed down our service a lot. There was some sort of conflict with employees and we witnessed an employee get fired by a manager!
