Ordered several items. Only received 1 meal. 2 chips , 2 drinks and dessert. A total joke. Don't get delivered food from here. There is always items missing

Very disappointed. Went to the drive through and got a large meal double quarter pounder. When I checked the contents, found out that the fries are only filled half. I politely asked the staff to kindly top it up. She said no we can’t and waved me off. Very sad.

Angus without meat. If you are tired, go home bro. Dont make people feel bad, and if you can not make coffee, just close the store dont sell the bloody things for people. Cheeers

Never too old to have happy meal... for friend's 43 birthday lol... location, environment, cleanliness are excellent. Quite a few cops come get meals, feel safe in the area. The only thing was disappointed is the chicken wrap, the paper stick to the wrap, unable to remove it.

Not a good McDonald's for drive through by a long shot. Twice I've ordered through drive through and asked for extras in my burger and twice in a row they screwed it up. Not to mention it was on a quiet night so I'm very disappointed in the service. Word of advice when ordering from here is to ALWAYS, ALWAYS check if you got what you asked for before leaving or driving off. Otherwise pretty decent

It took them 40 min to make our order ready and by the time our order was ready the coffee and hot chocolate turned cold, Although food was ok, but was cold, I had to heat it up again in at home. Barista was good she made the coffee ready in time but the other server was very slow even barista was telling her to complete the order she was struggling to understand and get things right.

basically we went through drive-thru and ordered large fries. when we pull up at the first window it says large sprite and we kept on telling the guy that we ordered large fries.. he did not seem to understand or know what large fries are, so he goes and gets someone else and we say large fries to which he replies “don’t give me attitude”. we do not know what he was talking about so we asked and yes we were growing frustrated with them because all we wanted was large fries. the fact that the workers were arguing with us when we didn’t do anything. we should be super mad that they didn’t know or understand what large fries are, so yeah, extremely incompetent people

It's open 24×7 and close to the university so very convenient for people on campus! Service is fast and staff is friendly. If you are a Monash student and a MSA member, you can avail 20% discount on your order :)
