Placed my order at 12:20pm. They ran out of cooked chicken 12:50pm. I looked at the menu list, I was order no.4 out of 30. Finally got my order 1:15pm
1) Dont have one team member making orders and serving, on top of that tell her that serving customers is more important then making orders. I understand balance is difficult especially at rush hour, but that line got longer and longer. (Drive thru stretched into the street, photos aren't here because of privacy reasons.)
2) Really? You ran out? Why dosent management pre cook x2-x3 the amount of chicken ready for rush hour? ESPECIALLY if there's a special going on. Other businesses get this right, why can't you?
Tldr: Do NOT order during lunchtime unless you have a spare 1 hour to get your order. Especially when using the app. Be careful about attempting to get your money back.

Great staffing great services there wasn't much people at the time I chose take away but you can dine in great food nice small dinning room there's public toilet here entrances for all and wheelchairs ,drive through as well good location close to Clayton shopping center and public transport buses and trains.

Having been here a few times, one thing that is constant is its always busy! The female supervisor is always doing a great job of leading the team. I've never had an incorrect order here unlike other fast food outlets. Will keep coming back!

Worst experience of my life. Ordered 10 chicken wings. After 10 minutes waiting. Girl tells me, it's another 10 minutes waiting. That turns into 30 minutes. Then when I suggest, maybe they give me something extra for the inconvenience. The African girl who works there. Starts swearing at me, for no reason. When I ask to speak to the manager. Try to explain about her employee swearing. She offers me extra chips. I say I don't care about the extra, it's more about the employee swearing at customers. When I ask for a number to call back and a name the manager says, I don't give out them details. At this point, the employee is on her phone video me. I mention the employee background, because I want the public to know who I'm talking about. I'm not racist, my friend and neighbours are multicultural.

🤣🤣🤣 this place must be the worst KFC in country.
Honestly, the standards are embarrassing. The music blaring like it’s a construction site. Junk everywhere, it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since the day it opened and the staff look more confused than I can describe without photos. 😆
If you’re the franchisee for this store, not only should you be embarrassed but you should absolutely be held to account by Yum!

Absolutely atrocious service. Waited over half an hour in line, if you can't handle a grand total of five customers on time, then don't call yourself a FAST food restaurant. Never experienced this before and don't ever intend to again. Recommend all others avoid this place as they clearly have zero respect for their customers or our time.

The food here is good. As an ex worker wouldn't recommend working here. Staff is useless and the store owes me up to $1500 and are ignoring me and not contacting me about it. Store went under new ownership and the new managers don't care about you at all and are really rude. The managers swore and abused my co-workers and are really cocky. If your eating here the store is good but if planning on working would say to find another workplace to work at. I would appreciate if the store can contact me to sort out my issue.

The store does get busy at times. Usually the peaks dinner times so go a little early. Staff are about 8 to 9 out of 10 Accurate when under pressure. I'm happy to go back as quality is spot on.
