Subway

I should have just left when I was ignored for five minutes after I came up to the line. The lady behind the counter then aggressively asked me what I wanted. I got a toasted chicken teriyaki sandwich, which I admit was adequate. When I told her I had a gift card, she just said okay and to swipe it. When nothing happened, she got upset at me because she didn’t realize it was a gift card, so she needed to push a different button. Then when I swiped the $10 giftcard on my $10.99 purchase, she just loudly says, “IT’S INSUFFICIENT!” I calmly hand her the $1 bill that I had ready in my hand. I know people don’t go to Subway for exceptional service, but I’d like to not be treated like an inconvenience. I was taken aback at her attitude. I won’t be back, even if I get another giftcard. Not worth the headache.

Today marks the second time I've walked out of this location without ordering because the individual making the sandwiches was not wearing a mask properly. The individual in question is a young woman with red hair, in her mid 20s - 30s. She had a face mask on but it was pulled down under her chin the entire time she was preparing food. She was doing the same thing last week when I went into this location and she is the reason I left without ordering on that occasion as well.

My wife asked for 2 slider combos with comes with 2 sliders and a 20 oz fountain drink she got to the cashier and ask for her drinks and the rude dude told it dont come with drinks that it would be a separate charge. Thats not include how rude the woman making the sliders was to other customers and the sliders bread was hard and rubbery. All an all we're deeply dissatisfied with our order.

If I could give a negative star I would. The manager attitude is so nasty and she is very disrespectful. She does not know how to make sandwiches under pressure, meaning when there is a line she is extremely rude. She talks nasty to her employees and have no respect for them at all. The sandwich constantly have flies flying around and she swats them away while she has gloves on.

I usually eat in this subway because it's near i this my first using Subway cupons in this store usually iam using it easly in any subway the lady who's working in this store said first the system down i said it doesn't need system you don't have to scan or something she said my manager said don't accept any coupons !!! Woow you are cheating this the first thing Second i ordered chicken teriyaki there were bacon slices in the chicken plate she took it out , flies in all over in the food so unprofessional so bad i would cancel the order but it's ok this is my last time Subway company should check this it's your name.

Bad customer service and indifferent employees. I ordered an Italian BMT but they run out of salami (this was not at the end of the day, but at 1pm). No ice tea either (sweet or unsweetened). To top it all, the place was unbelievably hot and people from the street kept coming in chatting loudly with the employees. We couldn't wait to get out of there!
