Burger King

I ordered my family's food at the drive-thru. My total came to over $30.00. We wanted to try the new melts. When I got to my destination, I opened the bag and was sickened by what the food looked like. I think a child could have made the food look more appealing. LOL Not only was my entire order wrong, I took one bite and into the trash it went. I guess you could say that my trashcan had a nice lunch. Not sure why the food at this Burger King, has went to the trash. Definitely will choose another fast food chain next time and save myself over $30.00

My family and I were very dissatisfied with the food and service provided at this location. We went through the restaurant drive thru with 5 kids and forgot to add one of the children’s sandwiches to the order. At the window we asked to add the sandwich. I was told that they can’t modify orders at the window per the manager because they of a timer which will affect the bosses bonus. We were told to get back online and to come back around again. This was totally bad customer service and I will never come here again. Lastly 2 of my kids chicken sandwiches were burnt.

The girls working inside were very nice but the older female manager was nasty. Instead of helping all she did was complain about our order, we could here her from our car talking about our huge order. After pulling away we noticed that they left something out of the order. The drive thru was packed and they had no service inside because of covid, so I walked up to the drive thru to get our stuff and the Mgr. Was yelling at me because I didn't have my car. The was a joke, this is the Mgr. Nice way to show your young workers how to treat paying customers. I will go to McDonald's next time. I spoke to the owner and he was very nice. We will continue to stop at this restaurant.

Not sure who owns this BK, but they have real problems here. I stopped here and was in line at the drive through. maybe 4 or 5 in line. waitied probaby 5 minutes and the car that was already at the order spot, drove off without ordering. Next car went to order spot and waited 5-10 minutes, drove off without ordering. Same for the next car. Then I got there, now 5-8 cars behind me. waited 3-4 minutes, nothing. Not a sound no order taker, I drove to the window and the person there saw me and turned around to ignore me, I drove around and a young guy in a BK uniform was standing at the door. I assumed he was waiting to be let inside, maybe door was locked? I asked if they are open. He said the drive through is open. I explained my experience and he said, they are supposed to be open, so I have no idea what is going on. I thank him and left. Real Issues here.

It's Burger King... I got what I expected as I usually do from them. Nothing over the top but nothing really wrong. Bacon on the cheeseburger was particularly tasty this time but the fries were a little old albeit still edible & completely fine with some ketchup. Staff was polite and the place wasn't as cold as usual. Good visit overall.
