Really enjoyed our dinner! Would have never found this place had we not been celebrating a friend's birthday. Black owned establishment but the crowd was a very diverse crowd which says alot about the vibe and the food. The food was great and the atmosphere was nice. Although, about an hour away from my home, I would go again.

Fish Thyme is my favorite restaurant for quality and flavorful seafood! I love getting the North Georgia trout and truffle fries. The food and experience is always amazing! I encourage you to make reservations because this restaurant is crowded because of the great service and cuisine. Additionally this is a black owned and family owned establishment.

Even though they were very busy, we didn’t have to wait very long. The outdoor seating around the fire was a very nice touch for date night, and all of our food was cooked perfectly. While a touch pricey, everything we ordered was very good. We will definitely be back.
Side note: I would say that the one thing they could improve upon is the menu options for people that don’t eat pork. Bacon is in quite a few of the dishes.

Love the food, service and decor. We had the fried alligator, fried green tomatoes, Cesar salad, and the bruschetta which were are amazingly delicious. Our main entrée's were the stuffed salmon with crab, trout, lobster tail, fried shrimp, fried Catfish all were exceptionally and seasoned to perfection. Hands down the best dining experience. We drove up from Chattanooga, Tn for the day to celebrate my two aunts birthdays who flew in from Chicago. Well worth the drive and flight...

Such an excellent meal. Sophisticated atmosphere, exquisite food and large portions. My waiter, Manuel was so friendly, helpful and personable. I had the Trout Meuniere which was absolutely superb.

I think I have brought all of my family and friends here over the years. It's consistently great service, food and drinks. No matter where I live (which will be far next year :((((, I'll come back. The hostess has been there for as long as I can remember and she's fantastic along with servers and cooks. Not sure how they do but Capers is the same. The white sangria is AH MAZING! Pictured is the old fashioned tho and I drank prosecco ❤ Alligator bites make your taste buds explode with excitement 🤩

I ordered the trout meuniere, spinach, mash potatoes and it was divine. The staff was very attentive, the ambiance is quaint. The lemon drop was hitting. We sat at the bar top tables and had a great view of the entire scene. It gives off a sharp clean look with the few paintings and setup. I can't wait to go back.
