Aurelio's Pizza

The food is good... I ordered a pizza and a salad. My girlfriend is a vegetarian, so i specifically checked off that there would be no pepperoni or ham on the salad. When the salad arrived, it had ham on it. I called back to politely let the staff know that our salad had not come in the way we’d asked for it. I was met with attitude, saying that the salad order only came in as no pepperoni, so she wasn’t sure what we wanted them to do about it. She got her manager, who also gave us attitude and claimed we had ordered it wrong. i have a screenshot of the order. i did not order it wrong. the manager suggested i pick the ham off the salad. As a vegetarian, this was incredibly offensive to us. If human meat came on a salad, would you like to pick it off or eat around it? Either way, we asked that we please get a new salad. With hesitation, they did finally bring a new salad but it arrived disheveled and sloppy. I no longer feel comfortable ordering from this location anymore.

The pizza was good, but we ordered ahead of time for a pick up at 5:30. Once we got there we were asked to pay even though they could not find our order. Then got told that due to the volume of orders it didn't matter that we pre ordered. We waited additional 30 minutes for the pizza. When they brought our pizzas they forgot one and we had to wait another 10 minutes. All of that and they didn't offer any type of discount. We just got excuses on why they didn't have our order.

We love their pizza but very disappointed to see numerous employees through their drive up window not wearing masks when we picked up our order. This included the person making the pizzas. Another reviewer mentioned seeing employees not wearing masks a month ago, the owner commented on using the reviews for improvement, and obviously nothing was done about it. I doubt we will be ordering from here again.

Love the pizza and place is clean. But when we picked up tonight we could see the cook and he had no mask on. Plus it looked like he was vaping. I’m guessing the owner wasn’t in tonight or this would never happen. Come people be better than this because you might be cooking for a compromised person. This broke my heart. Hope it was an isolated situation.
