Burger King

This store is constantly closed. I've ordered through the app around 8pm. It takes me about 20 to 25 minutes to get there and come to find out they've closed again. There isn't anything posted on the app that hours have changed. I'm mean really, if this Burger King can't afford to stay open as per the store hours then just do the community a favor and just close permanently.

Meh. I hadn't had Burger King in a while, so I was a little excited for the taste of Burger King again. And the new menu items looked interesting. The burger I received was smaller and less EVERYTHING than advertised. And the fries are so unsatisfying now. No other flavor there than, ”Is potato.” All in all, it didn't even satisfy a craving for Burger King.

Have gone there multiple days/nights in a row only for them to have the open sign on, and not be working around 7pm to 11pm prominently but also not serving customers around 3pm to 6pm too. They seem to feel more obligated to serve customers before 7pm. Fire the lazy ignorant staff, and hire on people who are actually trying to earn their keep instead of freeload.

We were just there at 10:30 and they close at 11. A very rude employee came window and SNAPPED at us and said “nope we are closed.” We asked for her name and store number and she slammed the window and left. We went to the front to take a picture of the store hours. The employee came out with her personal cell phone and started recording us, took a picture of our license plate and then appeared to be calling the police. So she could be posting a picture of us on social media or a picture of our license plate on social media. This was beyond awful. We will NEVER go back here again after that disgusting treatment because they chose to close early.

This location is awful!! Do not even bother going there. I've been there a couple times at night when they were supposed to be open because their hours online and at their store said they were open. There was someone inside and she refused to take our order and told us they were closed even though they should not have been. I recently placed an online order and unfortunately it was the same location so I never received my order and it was probably because they were "closed" again. Do NOT recommend!!!

My husband & I both grew up eating Burger King. This location - employee's are very hard working people. We are VERY DISAPPOINTED in Burger King Corporation for SHRINKING our food and charging us more!!! Have you eaten a regular hamburger??? OMG!!! It's just as if you're eating bread pickles and mustard!! WHERE'S THE MEAT??!!! We HAVE to order double Whoppers just to be able to taste the flame broiled burger. Please make these patties regular sizes and thicker. Burger King is going down the National toilet because of this.

I don't go to a fast food restaurant expecting a five star meal or anything, I'm also aware of how understaffed most of these places are so my expectations are tempered at the moment. That being said, this location has gone downhill long before covid came into the picture. It is apparent that the person taking all the orders is also doing all the cooking as every order takes about 5-10 minutes for something as simple as a single cheeseburger. The speaker at the drive thru is so poor that I can barely hear the employee over it. Steer clear.
