Highly disappointed. This is the second or 3rd time I ordered from this location with rotten avocado. Panera is not cheap so, if you don’t want to be disappointed check your food before you eat or pick up your order

This location is the cleanest one in Indy. The managers and team members care. The food is good, coffee fresh, service fast and friendly... it's the best Panera location in the region. [These folks need to go teach the managers and (most of the) team at South Raceway/Rockville Rd. how to act (attitude) and clean.]

Was really delicious I had chicken sandwich and cream of chicken soup with wild rice and my neice had flatbread pizza, oatmeal cookie and pecan bread Fuji cranberry drink I had water a little bit expensive but everything was delicious 😋

Bought a couple cookies and they are the size of 3 regular cookies just as a heads up. Really good. Tried a variety of sandwiches for family. The grilled mac n cheese is OK but more of a gimmick IMO. Overall pretty decent though.

I recently placed a delivery order of 6 bagels sliced, by the way none of them were sliced and a whole cinnamon crumb coffee cake and I was very disappointed. My cake has a very strong refrigerator taste, I can’t even eat it from how disgusting it taste.

This specific location is the worst Panera bread in Indy, The wait is always ridiculously long to get food. I regularly order a caramel latte from this location and it never taste like caramel latte. I always have to check my bag before I leave because they always forget something. Today, I order my soup inside a bread bowl in the drive through, and the bread was not inside the bag. I’ve been meaning to post this review for some time now, I was hoping it wouldn’t come to this. But now that Starbucks is closing early I really need you all to get this together. Even more sadly is the fact that I have tried many different locations around the city with great quality lattes and this one unfortunately is the most convenient to my home and it always lets me down. Wish I could give it zero stars!
