Worst Dunkin in all of New England. Service is the slowest. People driving out of the line because they are sick of waiting. I waited almost 25 min (no exaggeration) to get two drinks. The staff could care less that people were driving away. Get a manager on and get some people that want to work. If you are planning on stopping at DD keep driving and go to another location. Love the food/drinks, but the service here is horrendous.

I went through the drive thru there was no response. I then went inside no one came to the counter for a solid 10 minutes. As I go to leave a girl comes out of the back with another co worker. I left. Horrible service.

I just came in today true the drive thru and Yolanda J. was rude making mouth noise just because we got confuse when we were ordering. I said ice coffee but my wife wanted a colada plus they charge $1.34 for the wipcream.

Ordered sausage, egg & cheese on an English muffin and the same on a croissant. I was told there was no sausage. Had to settle for bacon at 8:15 AM. The sandwiches were OK. Bacon could have been crispier.

They waisted my time! My first time around in the drive thru, it took 20 minutes. I asked for a coffee and bagel toasted with cream cheese. Literally, majority of my coffee is milk, and the bagel wasn't toasted so I returned to have them (at least) remake the bagel. However, the door was locked and I had to wait in the drive thru line AGAIN just to get the order I already waited for the first time remade.

Not a fan of the Pumpkin Swirl coffee. Too bad I didn't realize I'd received it until I was at work. 🙁
I'll give this store a 5 star if they get my order right next time. 😉
