07/05/22 Between 8:30 and 8:45pm I came through the drive thru and got just a big Mac meal, large, No onion. Everything was correct on the order. But when I LOOKED at my burger. Someone took a BITE OUT OF ONE OF MY BIG MAC PATTIES. It was not broken. They're were teeth marks.... That is disgusting and I've never seen that in my life...

I went there last night March 12th at around 9pm, and ordered three 4 piece mcnuggets and 3 different sauces. I didn't get any of the sauces. I had to go through the drive through again to get the sauces. I ordered a medium fry and they charged me 3.17 cents. I even confronted the lady at the window about the price and she said yep a medium fry is $3.17... I'm pretty sure a medium fry is 1.79

Normally I'm not a big complainer but anytime I come here they always forget sauces for nuggets and forget to take sauces off of certain items. My mom is allergic to eggs and any time we had asked for no ranch of specific items it never got made properly anytime we came back for a fixed order. Talk about a joke. 🤠

Terrible customer service! My sister placed a doordash order at 10:24 for breakfast when dasher got there to pick up food at 10;40am they told him they cannot honor the order. Door dash literally confirms the order within 3-4 mins but instead of being nice the manager and general Manager both were nasty and stated rude things. The GM said “do you want me to pull out machines that’s already been cleaned and food that’s already been put up for your one little sandwich” actually yes I do because if I order at the last 10 mins it should’ve still be place REGARDLESS. Then she proceeded to hang up on me. They are so rude and disrespectful they need to be shut down and given courses on basic costumer service cause this place is definitely the rudest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.
