Dunkin'

We ordered donuts on doordash and Dunkin' donuts decided not to give us the donuts that we paid for. When we called to inquire why they did this, the dude claimed he was the manager, refused to let me speak with anybody else, and said that that's too bad. I asked for his manager two times. after the second time, he started saying some other stuff. I said, "No! who's your manager?" and he told me to call in the morning cuz he's not dealing with this. He told me that his coworker did not tell the doordash employee that they did not have the donuts we wanted. So he or they randomly put donuts in a box that we did not even want. We paid $20 to get hard, stale donuts that nobody in our house even likes or asked for. Absolutely sickening. I just ordered a drink on doordash and received it less than 3 mins ago and this is how full it was...after paying almost $6 for a drink, you'd think they'd actually fill it. I hate that I have to keep being disappointed by Dunkin donuts. Smfh. Cody was really nice though and he fixed the donut issue.

Morning crew is 5 gold stars all the way! They go above and beyond and have never let me down. They are amazing and all deserve raises. They handle high volume but still make you feel like they are friends. Night crew here is a different story. We went for ice cream one night and they forgot part of the order. We returned 10 min later and they treated us like criminals and acted b*tchy instead of just fixing it. Retraining needed especially for dark haired window girl.

There was nobody behind the ice cream counter. I had to find an employee to help us. Then, they were out of bananas and hot fudge so no banana splits. There was a group of people inside the restaurant that were very loud. I thought I was in a saloon! I could not hear the employee and I had to raise my voice so that she could hear me. But the ice cream was good.

What a terrible place. When we first got there, we waited patiently while the lady working behind the counter struggled to make a drink. After a few minutes, she tried to take the order of the people behind us, completely ignoring us. We were not notified when our food and drinks were ready neither, she just put them up. The food was ok and the drinks about the same. The service however, was atrocious to say the least.

I've been to maybe five or six different dunkin' donuts mostly the ones in my area where I live. This one that I visit is closer to my work so I've come here a couple times. Each time I've come here it's been not the greatest experience. Super long waits. Average customer service. Coffee is just okay. My biggest complaint that I have is... THE BACON SNACK STRIPS ARE SERVED COLD!! Nobody likes cold bacon. And this has happened twice now. One time a lady went to go put my bag of food in the drive-thru window and the wind came and blew it out onto the floor outside. And she replied with "well it fell upright... I think it should be ok" needless to say I don't like visiting this Dunkin donuts and I don't think I will from here on out. Also the bacon strips are very over seasoned.
