Jack's is always a sure bet for a good meal. Their best entree (the Sonoma Steak Plate) is no longer on the menu, but you can approximate it when they have asparagus as a side dish option. The Buffalo Chicken Sandwich is my wife's longtime favorite on the menu, though at times it feels like the staff is actively discouraging you from ordering it, since it takes longer to prepare! The build-your-own salads are also very tasty (with a great assortment of fresh ingredients) and have a variety of protein options you can add. My one suggestion for improving Jack's would be to have a better variety of serving sizes for the kids' menu. Not all kids are five, and we regularly have to order our children adult entrees since the kids portions are very small.

Jack's has always been a positive dining experience. Their solid American offerings are always spot on… My favorite is the steak salad... when winter vegetables are in season they serve those up on the side and they are incredibly good.

Food is ALWAYS on point. I've never been disappointed. Urban fries are a must, you can't go wrong with any of their sandwiches and I also feel like you can't go wrong with their salads. My favorite is the steak salad.

The atmosphere is so inviting upon walking inside you walk up to the register to see beautiful green salad and toppings , a turkey sitting and roasting and sides of mash potatoes and gravy , cheesy bread, green beans or squash galore of whatever is in season. Order and take a seat as a fresh hot meal arrives to you , and family . Great place for kiddos and adults .

Food and atmosphere are solid. The service is ok, just been annoyed recently that the two past times when I go to place an order online, they don’t get my order. Maybe it’s my end or their end, it just sucks when I get there and I have to wait longer for them to start making my stuff.
