Taco Bell

It's a taco bell. The food tasted like taco bell. We got delivery so I can't rate the wait time or service. The food was on time and correct. That's good. I do have one suggestion. Better wrappings for breakfast burritos or better training for labeling. We had 5 total breakfast burritos, 4 different ones. They arrived hot and on time and with absolutely no way to tell which one was which. We had to unwrap and completely unroll every burrito to tell which one belonged to which person. It was like some kind of game, like an "Americanized Mexican influenced logic puzzle" and breakfast time is way too early for such brain teasers. It didn't help that either the bacon and sausage looked (and tasted) way more similar than they should or our order was actually completely screwed up. We may never know. It still tasted okay though. But I like mystery and adventure so I may be biased.

This specific Tacobell/KFC has been up and down for years, but the new GM seems like an excellent leader who is genuinely trying to bring them back up. The service was a little rough tonight, but honestly she went above and beyond to make sure everything was good for my family. 4 stars for now because there is definitely room for improvement, but I can see it happening easily with the new leader in charge!

Restaurant is clean and service was quick. However, the food was highly unsatisfactory. I ordered steak nachos with no tomatoes, saw that they had to do it over because they had put tomatoes, and when I got home, I had beef, not steak. On top of that, they are the emptiest nachos and flattest burritos I've seen in any Taco Bell!

The lobby was closed but I didn't know this but I drive a truck and walked in and the lady told me that it was closed. She saw my truck and said I think we can take your order since you can't go through the drive thru. That right there shows that that store is training their employees very well. And the food was better than any other Taco Bell I've been to. So thank you very much to the young lady that took my order and was so very polite. She put me in line with the drive thru and took my order when it was my turn and gave me my order when it was my turn which I was ok with that because it was only right. This store has it going on.
