I am giving it a one star only because the employee who brought our food was fast and sweet! However, the chicken was horrendous. My whole family wanted to throw up just looking at it. We ordered extra crispy. What they gave us was definitely not extra crispy. I would even go as far as them giving us undercooked chicken. This is the worst KFC location I have visited. The mashed potatoes and biscuits were hard. It was very disappointing!

Been there 3 times, won’t be a 4th. First time, 1 1/2 hours from close, they are out of extra crispy and wouldn’t make more because they’re fryers are off. Lazy. Second time, they said they don’t serve extra crispy anymore…. Huh? Ok, give me crispy strips. Strips had to be about 2 hours old and BREADED WITH ORIGINAL FLOUR! Third time, on my bike, the lobby is closed due to staffing. 4 people sitting around the drive through window. It’s not hard to wipe down tables and make sure the lobby is clean! I worked at KFC in HS as a cook. There were times when 3 people ran it. I could go in there right now and show them clowns up! Col Sanders would be furious.

The KFC in Rockmart is good but alot of time they are out off chicken 🐔 and other stuff. Also their drive thru takes for ever I know at the end of the day it's our choice to be in line but we were there for almost 40 minutes and for them to tell us that we can't get the 12 piece bucket because they are out of chicken, Mc and cheese and Mash potatoes.

Doordash Dont! 20 minute wait for order to be cancelled because they were out of something again. They only had two people working and completely ignored the lobby where they had people literally walking out and returning multiple times with incorrect food. Getting worse and worse each time I go. Will have to reject orders from here next time if it actually costs me to lose money because of their poor management.
