Pizza Hut

My husband and I have been going in to eat and honestly the pizza has been delicious lately. There was a point where it wasn't the best but it's different now. I would recommend giving them a try. The staff has been so sweet when we go in and helpful. I will say I wish the owner or if this is corporate would bring back the fountain drinks it would help business. I wish they would spend some money on remodeling the floors to get it looking up to date. We don't like not having many options to pick from and you can't get refills. The BBQ backyard pizza is so good and the supreme has been delicious and fully loaded.

I guess I’m supposed to finish cooking the dessert at home. Its literally hot uncooked dough and they provided 4 icing cups for me to finish the decorating too. The pizza order is wrong also, and soiled in grease. I called and was hung up on mid-conversation. I tried to keep cooking the rolls , the outside only fluffed up. Just a waste, going back to get the refund.

I have read all the reviews before and I have to say, I have experienced a lot of those. However, since the pandemic, this restaurant in Rockmart was one of the first fast food to open their doors for eat in. The place was set up for no one to eat however, they treated us great. The pizza was great, and when we asked about some items that they no longer had, they explained about the shortage of supplies and how the company wasn’t sending out the premade items as much. Now the five stars goes for 4/14/22, I had called in a large Meat Lovers, a medium 2 topping (I bought with My reward points) and single order of cheese sticks with extra marinara sauce. On the internet. So when the delivery who delivered earlier arrived, he was able to do the contactless delivery, he stayed while I checked my food, and spoke while I checked. He was a wonderful customer service rep, and very polite. The Pizza Hut owner from Rockmart May want to take the delivery driver and give him the training for management. He would be great. We pulled up to the drive thru window to pickup our online order. They told us to pull up as it wasn't ready and they would bring it to us. We watched as they handed our box to the car behind us and it was handed back as that was not there order. Then someone ( a girl with short blue hair, i did not catch her name) proceeds to bring the same pizza to us that was touched by another customer. We questioned it and the girl proceeded to have an attitude and walked off as we were talking to her. She was extremely rude and you would think with covid this would have never happened. The manager did finally come out and apologized and was able to fix the issue but I am still disgusted by my experience.
