Dairy Queen

It was horrible experience ever. My Oreo blizzard was really watery i can’t eat it. so I went back ask the gentleman who made it for me to replaced it. He was told me it supposed like that…??? I told him, I don’t know should I eat it or drink it… cause it supposed call ice cream not ice water then he told me he can replace it for me but if the second one has same issues then he won’t be do it again. I really don’t want wasting my time in this place so I told him I’m rush to go, please re-make right a way. Then he was banged the cup which he is holding on the counter and without any apology, asked someone else to do it for me. I don’t know if he is the manger of this location or what, because his attitude was unacceptable at all. He doesn’t know what is customer service.. i will never ever go back to this place.

Every time I get a blizzard at other locations it would not be fully mixed all the way to the bottom, with 1/2” off plain vanilla ice cream with no toppings at the bottom. Went here last night and despite being very busy when we went in both mine and my partners blizzards were mixed all the way through to the bottom! Will definitely be returning again and recommend to others

Went there on the weekend, we ordered a blizzard (good), moolatte (also good) but the chicken strips were not, as they tossed them in the wrong sauce, we asked for buffalo and got honey garlic.. really disappointing but since it took 15 minutes standing there waiting we didn't bother to mention it in fear of having to wait even longer, also.. the strips were swimming in sauce, literally when we got home and opened the box they were already soggy from being drowned to death. Neither of us are big fans of honey garlic so most went in the trash.. very unfortunate since it is $13 per 6 piece meal and we ordered two, so $30 wasted here.. probably will only be back for the cold stuff, definitely not for the strips.

I was there, for lunch yesterday. Was feeling fine, ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon combo. The fries I, through out in the garbage. The burger I ate,I got home about an hour later. I was sick to,my stomach the rest of the day. Music was very loud, could not here the. Girl at the cash,just over thirteen dollars for nothing.
