Pizza Hut

Pizza is alright, usually undercooked. Biggest issue is their delivery - don't rely on the app tracker, they deliver it when they feel like it! Makes it hard to enjoy your meal when you're talking to a customer service agent to cancel your order because your 11:30 order hasn't yet arrived and it's past noon.

Extremely rude manager! I was calling on behalf of my school to see if they have any offers for pizza day, and as i was speaking i made a mistake in the date, and he hung up on me! I tried calling again but he refused to pick up. I called from another number just to see why he was being so rude, and he yelled at me and told me that they had no offers. I called another branch and their manager was so nice, and he gave me an offer. So not only was this manager extremely rude and hostile, he also lied to me. This is the worst customer service I've ever received...

My pizza was cold when delivered, I was not happy with the new pizza on the menu, salad had more hearts then salad and what was salad was slimy, drink was incorrect, called spoke to the manager he said he was busy he call back 24 hrs im still waiting im far from happy with the service and quality of food.

Best Pizza in Ottawa. The only location that makes their own Marinara sauce. I am from the US and have never seen a location use prepackaged Heinz which the other 2 locations in Ottawa do. Unfortunately even though this location is closer to my house I am not in their delivery zone so we now make the drive instead of being disappointed from one of the other locations. Prepackaged Heinz is disgusting and no Pizza Hut should be allowed to use it. That's just lazy and will lose my business. Kudos to this location for always having friendly welcoming staff, and killing it with their pizza cooking!

Proceed with Caution! I saw too many flaws to ever visit this Pizza Hut again. Let's start at the top and work our way down. 1) Our server placed her hand over top of the glass to move our drinks from the tray to the table. 2) She then proceeded to clean the table across from us and accidentally dropped all the napkins on the floor, then picked them up and placed them on the table for the next lucky customer. 3) You'll see in the photo, loose packets of ketchup tossed on top of our fries. 4) I also found what looked to be a grey arm hair (let's hope) in my salad. Yes, the server was apologetic, but did not offer any discount or corrective action. Perhaps this is a good opportunity for more training, I don't know. What I do know is that I won't be visiting this location again and wanted to advise future customers to Proceed with Caution.
