La Rosa Chicken

The experience and food was great! Mac n cheese is creamy, not watery, and better than Chik Fil A's. Burger was cook perfect to order request. Fries are old school crinkle fries where you taste more potatoes than grease and salt. Chicken burrito was a delight and full of flavor! Green beans are with garlic and great tasting. Mashed Sweet potatoes are like how you make them at home. Not overly sugary and you get to enjoy the actual potatoe taste and not all the sugar and over the top cinnamon. Beverage bar is automated and cool. Very clean establishment. The staff and fun and funny. We heard some singing in the back. :-) I would gladly come back here again for a calm, chill night out to eat. Probably go back again today. We didn't feel like the hustle and bustle of a big restaurant but wanted good food and a chill atmosphere. This was it! * Oh and I loooovveee the decor! Whoever designed this place did a great job! I dream of designing my basement/ shared man cave like this!

Tried this place for the first time. The fried chicken was moist, tasty and delicious. We had the mac and cheese and corn as the side dishes. I was surprised at how well staffed it was. There was probably about eight employees working on a Friday night. Their options include fried and rotisserie chicken, BBQ baby back ribs, gyro bowls, salads, along with stuffing, mash potatoes, green beans and gravy and several other dishes. Prices were middle of the line. Some items were reasonable, others not so much (eg: $24.00 for rack of ribs) is pricey for a fast food place. I would have to compare this place as a step above KFC or Popeyes. Their chicken made it a worthwhile experience.

After hearing about disgruntled employees spreading horrific stories about the owners and the food quality, I had to go out and show my support as a fellow restaurateur in the area. My wife and I ordered our food then went to pay. I wanted to introduce myself to the owner and I spoke with Mike for several minutes. Very nice, pleasant guy with a young family. We had the fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, red potatoes and a sampling of creamed spinach and sweet potatoes, and of course, the corn bread. The food was excellent. The chicken has a distinct flavor, different from other national and local chains in the area. The sides were to die for. I definitely recommend the creamed spinach!! Mac and cheese-for-a-mile!!! The corn bread had a great taste, not overly sweet and moist. Best of luck to Mike, his partner and employees. A must for chicken!

I normally do not write reviews, however LaRosa Chicken & Grill in Monroe Township, NJ. is clean, has friendly service, and much better than average food for the price. The service was quick and the staff is personable. Our lunch was brought to our table, and they checked back with all of their customers 2 or 3 times to see if anyone needed anything. This is the second time we have visited this location since they opened and we have not been disappointed. The whole family can eat at these prices and enjoy quality delicious the food. We are so happy to have them in our hometown! A huge welcome is extended!!!

I admire this restaurant! They provide superb food, their menu is decent, The chief cook in that restaurant is well trained, I enjoy very much tasting all their food. The food is consistently fresh, the attitude towards the visitors is efficient. I frequently visit this place and I was never disappointed. I highly recommend it.
