Pizza Hut

Cashier/Manager was clearly drunk. She couldn’t find anyone in lines orders that were clearly in the warmer behind her. She would take payment from one guest, then open up every single box and peek inside, not once washing her hands. Our pizzas were made with no effort. All four corners of the square pizzas had no toppings and barely any sauce or cheese. Requested extra sauce and extra hut seasoning on the crust. Crust was dry, no extra anything. So on an eight piece pizza, half of both were nothing but crusty corner pieces. Terrible experience for everyone I saw and it seemed like everyone was waiting twice as long as quoted for their orders. The ceiling was leaking into two trash cans in the dining room. It hadn’t rained that day. Did I mention the cashier/ Manager was clearly drunk????? Pizza Hut needs to find some new management and employees. I quit going to the one in Walnut Grove before they closed, for terrible quality and service. Looks like Monroe is next.

Mom and I went around 5pm today and it was SO good! This visit would have been 5 stars , but the pasta was a bit too hard to chew. The pizza was soft , cooked through and a nice golden brown with a bit of crisp. We got the $24.99 meal box with the rectangle deep dish pizzas and it was cooked just right for us. The cashier was really nice too. Overall it was just a great visit! Would for sure recommend 100%

My experience at this restaurant is always great!! I've visited It a few times, during the weekday and definitely on the weekend.Nice family environment,and the food here is really good. The manager Sierra is wonderful!!She's very professional and Hands-On, and always make sure that you have the best experience possible when dining in at her Restaurant.I highly recommend you stop by, and grab a bite to eat!👍🏽😉

Pizza Hut in Monroe GA is the worst Pizza Hut ever!! They never get the order right. It takes at least an hour to get your order (I live 2 min from the store and it took an hour to get to me both times). Every time I order there I NEVER get what I order. This time they brought me 2 orders of cheese bread that was burnt black, 2 orders of chicken alfredo (I ordered one order of this) that had NO sauce and I didn't even get my pizza. The store is soooo NASTY and the staff is not nice. The lady even told me when I called not to order online because the driver is stupid (her words) and they don't check the online orders! WHAT??? This place should be shut down for real!!
