Wendy's

The wendy's on Gus Thomasson is pathetic. Every time I go to this location its a joke. Today I ordered a burger no onions, covered in onions. Fry's were not hot. Ordered unsweetened tea, gave me sweet. Didn't give me my Frosty. Almost left with out it. This is been an every time occurrence. BUT, it will never happen again I will not, after decades not be returning.

Every time I come here there are employee's hanging outside. Tonight there was about 7 of them. I guess I interrupted the Rap Star because he was flashing gang signs to GundAm or whatever at the pay window the whole time. The burger tasted better than usual but the Big Bacon Cheddar Burger certainly wasn't big on bacon. You could barely notice the two under-cooked pieces. You can certainly tell whoever did the hiring will soon be fired and new crews will be hired. I don't expect much from low paying jobs but I've worked them. You can tell unsustainable situations. I give it 3 stars because the burger was better tasting than the other ones I had there and there is one lady that I know is nice that works there.

They have the worst customer service asked for everything FRESH and stated I’ll wait I’m NOT in a rush the lady on the table yells to the front “WELL THESE JUST CAME UP NOT LONG AGO” REMINDER that’s not what I ask you ma’am I ask may I have my food FRESH I’LL WAIT ….She threw the cheese down and stormed away with owners and GM on-site at this point I’m scared she might do something to my food she so mad she has to make it Fresh so yes I’ll pass.
