Chick-n-run

I shouldn't have to pay an up charge to have the chicken on my Buffalo chicken sandwich not be dry. I always ask that my sandwich be slightly wet (with hot sauce) bc if I don't request that there is pretty much no sauce on the chicken and the sandwich is dry. So basically I only want enough sauce on there to not have a dry sandwich and I'd like to actually be able to taste the hot sauce. Today, however, when I picked my order I was charged extra. That's stupid. There was only the amount of sauce on there that there actually should be. The girl in the drive thru needs to work on her customer service skills as well. She CLEARLY didn't want to be there today. This is the first negative experience I've had here which is why I gave it 4 stars and not 3. Today's service definitely only gets a 3 star rating. But overall I do really like the food here and will continue to go back and recommend to others. They just need to not make their sandwiches so darn dry. Put a little sauce on it and don't charge extra for how it should come in the first place. Their wings are properly coated in sauce so why isn't the chicken on the sandwich done so as well? Makes no sense. I've included a pic of the sandwich with the "extra" sauce I had to pay extra for. So better chicken run. I know you can.
