Firehouse Subs

Ordered large Engineer and before placing my order asked the guy behind the counter if the mushroom is fresh or from the can. He said it's fresh and not from can. Got home start eating my sub and got disappointed cause the mushroom was made from the can fat from fresh. Your staff need to learn the menu by heart and need to learn what is fresh and what is from the can.

amazing service !! will definitely be returning. would definitely recommend this place for small gatherings and children. food is amazing. the atmosphere is amazing. the service and employees are amazing !!! sandwiches are hot and ready, not dry... lots of meat. the employees know their job and helped me pick an amazing sandwich. the employees greeted me which made my day 10x better. just an all together amazing service.

I came in on November 3rd around dinner time, and I have to say this place is by far the best! The sandwiches were outstanding!!! They were hot and fresh. The only complaint I have is that they were a little slow, but if it means a hot fresh sandwich then I am alright with waiting. This was my first time visiting, and will not be my last time either.

I rarely do reviews but I just had to let you know how good this Firehouse service is. When I went to firehouse I bought about 4 sandwiches. All sandwiches were hot and delicious. I went there about 3 or 4 times already and every single time they were great sandwiches. The staff is so nice, they know exactly what they are doing and that makes the service way better. I will be returning

I go to a lot of different sandwich places. Between jimmy John’s, subway, jersey mikes, and even wich which. Firehouse subs is by far my favorite! This location in particular is the best location to go to!! The staff are always friendly and the sandwiches are made to order with fresh ingredients. I was in and out within 10 minutes of placing my order. I highly recommend everyone to visit this location. Will definitely be returning to this location again!

Usually never had a problem with this place, until today, girl behind the counter messing around while the line is building up. Completely forgot the order of people walking in, and allow people to skip in line. Under staffed and overworked, asking people to wear masks, but serving people without masks. A total joke easily the worst firehouse subs in McDonough, sooner take my business to the one on 20 off 218, or drive to the one on Hudson Bridge, than go here.

The staff here is so welcoming and energetic it really stood out to me because i have never experienced customer service like this before. The staff were so friendly , understanding and patient. They made sure that my food was correct and they made sure that my order is correct all while getting me my food on time. The staff members “taylor” and “amiya” were really kind and helped me pick a sandwich being that it was my first time. The 4 ladies there were all so friendly. I will definitely be returning back to this Firehouse. The inside was clean and neat, even though they didn’t have the chips I preferred , they made sure that I was a satisfied customer. This is what all Firehouses should be about because this one is plain out outstanding.
