Been here several times Dashing and never got treated rude till today. They hadn't started big order and we aren't obligated to wait too long being we are just delivery drivers and not customers. I explained I had other orders and might not be staying! I left and unassigned. No other restaurant takes offense. Another Dasher will be there to pick up the order. It hurts my completion rating. It don't affect they're store at all. They still make money.

The employer ( whit skinny lady) was too rude with me without any reason☹️she was mad and told me the coupon doesn’t work in this one and to go buy from other one, I told her it’s okay just give me one without coupon, it’s for my son and I’m rushing. She didn’t care and did sandwich for another guy behind me and I just told her ( I will come back) but I left with a broken heart🥺. If you are good and kind, God will send a lot of good things to you, and same in opposite way, trust me

Food is always fresh and delicious.
Dinning room is clean, and employees are polite. The owner and manager went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed.
They support our veterans, which is always a huge plus in my book.
Only complaint I have is the other customers in the dinning room need a little bit more home training they were rude to everyone that was there.

I’ve called them 3 times and they didn’t answer me. what is the point of having a phone if you don’t answer it? and when i got home to eat my sandwich all of my toppings and everything was on the wrapping paper instead of the sandwich and they put way to much salt on it (i made an online order for pickup)

The management is horrible and Clancy was so rude when it came to asking questions. She was also very rude to the employees who were so sweet and just trying to do their job. Needs way better management.
