Denny's

Ok where to start. The only reason I gave them a 1 star is because our server was nice, not attentive. We asked for cream they brought out little saucer cup. I thought it was milk, being lactose intolerant I asked for half and half, she said all they have is powder creamer. So I asked was this milk which she replied no that is the powder creamer with water added. We waited almost an hour and a half for our cold food and still after asking 4 times for silverware they brought fork and knives nothing to stir our coffee because they dont have spoons. Then 20 minutes to get check and pay. We watched 3 families come in sit then leave because the server never came out to them. My advise to this location is shut down regroup and rethink your service. The worse experiences at a Dennys ever.

New cook in the kitchen did an amazing job. Food tasted great. Waitress apologized for us waiting several times and was very kind and explained he was learning the ropes. Overall great experience. And I'm glad they took their time to do a good job instead of just rush it out. Whoever was on shift tonight at close did great and have my thanks for being so kind even on a late night takeout order like ours.

Our waitress was barely attentive. She was so anatentive that she gave up and left us and another waitress took over our table. We asked for soup first and we got the meal first. We have waited 30 minutes and my mom's meal never came, her meal was a SALAD, you don't need to heat up a salad! No one ever checked on us to see if we need our drink to be filled. There was no accountability, none of the employees or management apologized, WE WERE SO FRUSTRATED THAT WE LEFT. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
