Subway

The Subway near CVS in Lumberton is atrocious and so is the small, haired manager. She is so rude, doesn't change gloves in between sandwiches (what if someone is allergic? cross contamination is real!), doesn't give you time to think, demands you tell her "WHAT ELSE" immediately, huffs and puffs when you pause for a second or ask a question. Her other employees clearly fear her considering they don't say anything when she is being a witch. Witnessed her take off lettuce soaked in mayo, salt, and pepper from a sandwich and put it back in the lettuce bin to be used. WOW is all I can say. She is gross.

9 out of 10 times the employees here are absolutely RUDE. Worst customer service around. I've worked in restaurants for years, so I know how it's supposed to be. Every. Single. Time. We come to this place we are disappointed. Don't ask for anything extra... They will roll their eyes and not give you extra anyways. There's 3 subways in lumberton. I don't know why we keep choosing this one. We though surely it can't be that bad EVERY time, but it is. Never fails.
