It’s no wonder this store has 2.2 stars. I went through drive thru at around 8:17pm when I first went thru the drive thru. Initially the chic was super nice. Until I came back through because I did not have my fries. I went back through literally circled the parking lot. When I came back through she acted like she didn’t know what I ordered. Then she was like oh sorry let me get your fries. Luckily I looked at my sandwich which was a classic chicken ONLY CHEESE. When I seen my sandwich had no cheese I was like this does not have cheese. She said it don’t come with cheese. I told her I knew this but I wanted cheese. She said you didn’t say to add cheese you just said you wanted only cheese. (No freaking kidding) then she asked why would she put only cheese if it don’t come with cheese. At that moment I knew she was gonna get an attitude. Miss Suzi I will be calling corp tomorrow. Doubt that’s your real name but I will find out.

I have had numerous bad experiences with this location. I thought today was different when I went through the Drive Thru tonight I had the most amazing man take our order. He was so polite and had a funny edge to him. Then when I got up to the window to pay, the cashier (later found out her name) Tara took my card from my hand without greeting me or telling me my total. She handed me my card back without saying a word. Tara then handed me my food and again, didn’t say a word. I asked, is this everything? She said unless you have another pop it is. I said, No I only ordered one. She then stepped back without another word. I was pulling away and my daughter said we was missing our fries. I pulled up to the front because there was cars behind me. I was knocking for quite a while and then I wiggled the door to get someone’s attention. Finally, a young lady came to the door and gave me the missing fries. I asked if she was the manager and she said no, it was her second day. I asked who the girl was in drive thru and she said she didn’t know because she was new. The manager came up behind her and she was telling the manager that I wasn’t happy and I seen the manager walking away. I spoke up and said I would like to tell you about my experience. The manager then came to the door and as I was telling her what happened, she said she was sorry a few times. I told her I will be calling corporate. When I got home most of the food was wrong and nasty. This will be the last time I ever go to this location. It’s definitely worth the drive to the Firestone location!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. The drive thru staff was very rude to my mother and I. We simply asked for two ice cream cones in a cup. They didn't give us the cone so my mother simply asked for it on top. They gave us such an attitude and rolled their eyes and said we needed to be more specific and slammed the window shut. How can you be more specific than that?? Would never recommend any one to go here. They need to get their staff under control.

When trying out a new burger place, before coming to this location I thought that how the food tasted was the most important. This place reminded of why that was wrong. The person who got our order was snappy and annoying and yelled at us at one point if she could help us find anything. We also had to wait for our order which would have not been a big deal if anything we had ordered wasn't something that was supposed to be very popular though. I would give the good 5 stars though it was very good. I'll be coming back to a and w but not this location.

Sitting in the drive through currently at the location in longmont, colorado. After ordering our meals, we over heard the women talking to each other about how if we were going to order something and change it then we should just order somwthing else or somewhere else. Called the store while waiting in the drive through to speak to a manger since it was taking forever..... the manager inform me that she ever heard anything and didn't tolerant that anyways. I informed her that I heard the person talking to someone else over the speaker, the manger still claimed that she was on the radio and never heard anything. Then we pull up to pay and the order is Miraculously $7.00 higher then we were told. Supposedly they forgot part of our order. Finally, get our food and they forget the drinks. Then the burgers are cold. I could overlook the the cold food.. but the horrible people working there? Nope. Wont be back and will make sure I let everyone know.
