We really like going to Las Palmeras. This is definitely Tex Mex, so that's a good thing. This trip we shared the chicken nachos and the green chili plate. The chicken is shredded and the nachos are very good. The pork in the green chili is super tender and the sauce is not spicy so don't worry about that! If you are having a Jones for Tex Mex, Las Palmeras is the way to go!
Update: we shared the nachos this time, they were great as usual!

Los Palmeras is one of my favorite restaurants. Often they offer uncommon traditional dishes that you do not always fin in Mexican restaurants. One of my favorites is the way they make their fish tacos. The servers are always excellent and there is definitely a family feel to the way the place runs. I love this place. Great food at reasonable prices.

This has now won as my favorite Mexican spot I’ve been to sofar! Only downside is I wish they had the glass bottles of coke since Pepsi isn’t my favorite. But that’s just a personal preference! I loved their shredded beef it was so good! The green Chile was amazing. The service was great. Everything was spectacular!

Very nice, authentic restaurant. Servers were very responsive to our table and explained dishes we were not familiar with. Bill was $50ish for three adults. Overall, very good value for the dining experience.

Staff has always treated my family and I right throughout the years. Never had any issues here, always have had great food. The Owner Is also super friendly

I just did a road trip visiting Arizona and New Mexico (I live in Longmont). I had a lot of Mexican food. Las Palmeras, hands down, has the best Mexican food in the 3 states. A MUST TRY!
