Sprouts

Nice and clean store. Things are usually easy to find. I do Instacart and wasnt to familiar with Sprouts. First few visits were a little tough and both times floor staff wasnt very helpful. I got thru it tho and now I can get thru there quick. Cashiers are absolutely awesome! Very friendly and Very Helpful!!

A little disappointed with Sprouts today. Went in to order a sandwich. The person at the deli was not interested in making a sandwich at all and was just plain not nice. We ordered a ham and swiss cheese with mayonnaise on sourdough. We wanted tomato and lettuce on the side. What we got was ham, provolone(it was so thin you could read a newspaper through it),onions, mayonnaise,mustard and the lettuce and tomato on the sandwich not on the side. If they don’t want to make sandwich’s they should just take the sign down and stop making them or at least try to get the order right.

I don't understand how a deli department can have not a SINGLE employee that wants to do their job. Seriously. 3 employees literally had an argument over who was gonna be forced to make my sandwich. On top of that, the last 3 times I have been there they have been out of tons of different things, from the bread to make the sandwiches all the way to lettuce in the salad bar. It's a freakin SALAD BAR. Lettuce is kind of important. Decent enough grocery store and the cashiers are very kind. But hands down the worst deli department of any Sprouts I've been to. Doubt we will be back any time soon.
