Martinis Bistro

I took my wife to dinner here for the first time, and it was amazing! The food was spectacular. We ordered the muscles for an appetizer. I could have ordered two; it was so good! For dinner, we got the lamb and crab cakes with scallops. We also enjoyed a few adult cocktails that were made to perfection. The patio seating is the best as you can take in the fresh Colorado air!

Came here for an impromptu date night and wow were we pleasantly surprised! I had no idea this level of fine dining existed in Longmont. I feel so lucky. Service was excellent and the ambience was perfect. The food was excellent. They had vegan options throughout the whole menu which thoroughly impressed me. This will definitely be our special occasion date night spot. I can't wait to return.

Our last visit to Martinis Bistro was just overall delectable! The cocktails, as the name implies, are always the star of the show. This go round I ordered a martini called dusk which was a magical concoction containing vanilla and lavender. It was so enjoyable I ultimately ordered two! We had the pork pate appetizer which was served with perfectly toasted baguette and deliciously pickled veggies and cornichons, a very inventive and tasty dish. I ordered the chicken which is always roasted to absolute perfection and is tender juicy and flavorful. My fiance ordered the trout which was cooked perfectly. Martini's bistro has been one of our favorite go-to's during the entire pandemic. They were solid then, at the beginning of it, but they have just continued to grow and shine in their quality and offerings as things begin to normalize. The serving team is wonderfully friendly, remember us and greet us warmly when we come in. It is always a joyful experience for us and I would highly recommend a visit!

The food and service here were stunning. The environment was great for a date or nice dinner with friends. The drinks were well priced for their portions as well as delicious. I do enjoy that the menu list their drinks from sweet to most spirted. I had crab cakes and scallops. I'm a seafood lover, and in all my years, this is the best crabcake I've ever tasted. While the menu is on the smaller side, all the dishes brought flavors to a dish I didn't know could exist. The pot de cream was good,not amazing, but also very rich. I would share it with someone. I would definitely come back here and bring my friends who truly enjoy delicious food.

The cocktails are divine-my favorite place to go with my best friend and have “The lady” and dessert. The ambiance indoors and out is lovely and it’s the kind of place where I can order a salad and a glass of white wine and feel like I have had such a decadent experience. The servers have always been absolutely lovely-the have this warm, graceful professionalism and I feel so lucky that y’all are around the corner. Thank you for doing your magic through the pandemic and today. So grateful you’re in the neighborhood. 🙏🏼💓
