Bodacious Eats

I got the huevos Ranchero and it was fantastic. The black beans on the tortillas was tasty. The potatoes were crispy how I like. The green chili was great too! My my favorite thing was the bacon 🥓 it was cooked perfectly!!! Not too crispy or not too chewy. It had the perfect bite. I'll be back for more bacon 😂 waitress was very kind and fast. Place was clean and cozy.

FANTASTIC food, great service. Owner came to all the tables and was so nice. I had the Denver omelette and it was amazing. The potatoes were great. Fiance had the single beef burger (but they also have bison and turkey burgers). He is a very picky eater and he ate every bite! Will be back during our stay in Longmont.

The food here is outstanding! It's the perfect hidden gem small business restaurant. Almost everything is made from scratch. I went in on a Tuesday, the owner was there doing the greeting and spoke to me at length about his true passion for good quality food from local sources. The only caution I would give is, if you want to bring parties of more than four, you should call ahead as the place is very small and may not be able to accommodate large groups. This was my first visit and won't be my last.

Nice cafe, clean and everything is homemade. Their flare is really stuffed burgers,which I was raised calling bierocks. The Reuben Cabby is tasty and well stuffed. The coffee is good,. My hubby wasn't pleased with the tamales, but they were well stuffed with meat and not overly seasoned. One not to miss item is the homemade apple pie with delicious in house ice cream. Will give it a try again. Prices are reasonable $30for lunch for two.
