Hardee's

I normally go here and order a egg and cheese biscuit with a dark biscuit, and biscuit and gravy with dark biscuit for my Wife. Normally I never have a issue with this location, but on 5/20/22 it was not up to standards. The biscuit seemed to be half cooked, and it was very doughy. As you can see on 4/11/22, that biscuit was nice and dark how it normally is. I won't give a bad review, as normally the young man in the drive thru in the morning is very nice, and so are the other workers. Just advice, if the biscuits are light, they might need to go a little longer.

This was the best customer service I have had in a LONG time. I ordered a low carb burger and it had special sauce on it. I'm doing Keto so I can't have the sauce. The cook even looked up the ingredients in the sauce to see if it had sugar!!! Totally amazing and had NO issue with remaking my burger!!

Got a breakfast platter from here this morning. Asked if they had a military discount I was told they ended it 2 months ago. Odd since both stores in Jefferson and Winder have one. Then I was given a spoon when the meal calls for a fork and knife. Then, the gravy for the biscuits just didn't look right. Pretty sure it shouldn't have pinkish parts to it. Rest of the food was tolerable. The tots were good. Think I'm gonna avoid this location going forward!

The chicken tenders were too small. The hot dog was cold and dried out. The fries were old and hard. I threw the hot dog and most of the fries away. If i'm paying $12 for a small hot dog combo and 3 chicken tenders, they should at least be warm. It so disrespectful to serve food that looks like it was pulled out of the trash. This hardies is garbage. They should be embarrassed to be serving such trash food at such a high price.

Sadly all those black specks aren't grounds of black pepper or some other spice, it's the nasty sediment from the very extremely used oil. Me, trying to be the optimist, "maybe it'll add flavor". Nope! Nasty. Oily. Trash. Why would your employees even send food out this way? And please bring back the cinnamon raisin biscuits.

Well, they get it right half the time.When I order I always ask for them to make my food fresh. Half the time they do. They are so use to working on automatic you have check your order every time just to be sure. Don't leave without checking your order! Half the time quality and service only gets half the stars!

Tried the number one combo and the burger was not that thick. The bun was not toasted and the fries were ok. I have had Hardee's a few years ago but it was not on the beaten path of restaurants that I usually venture. I'm a picky eater/foodie and when I eat even junk food I want it to taste great. It was marginally ok. This location was not that busy when I passed through.
